Imagine a tool where you can centralise all your school's yearbook projects. That's Fusion!
Once you'll have your account set up and your school registered, you'll be able to add and manage as many projects as you want.
Create your account
01. Go to www.fusionyearbooks.com and click on Get Started.
02. Fill and submit the signup form.
Here we go! You're in!
Note: once signed up, you'll be able to invite students and teachers to join the project.
They won't have to repeat this process.
Register your school
This is when it becomes very interesting. The very first time you set up an account on Fusion, we ask for your school name (or association, company, etc.).
Registering your school name enables game-changing features such as:
- Multi-project management (under the same School)
This can be useful in several situations. One popular example is for a school to enable teachers to manage different projects simultaneously. Each teacher can create and manage their team independently.
- Grant access to centralised resources
Here we're talking about useful resources your staff can reuse to save time (page templates, logo, graphic elements, colour codes, photo filter codes that have been used by the school in previous projects). Once they have been uploaded in any of your school projects, they can be reused by any other team/project working under the school account.
01. To register your school for the first time, simply fill this field.
02. Your school have used Fusion in the past?
Make the most out of it! Create a new project under the same school account. This will give you access to all the resources mentioned above. For that, you need to get it touch our support team to request an access.
IMPORTANT NOTE: it is currently impossible to merge separate accounts under the same school name. That's why it's crucial for you to contact us before starting designing pages. If you don't do it, we won't be able to merge your account and your school's account. At this stage, you'll have to take a tough decision: keeping your work on an independent project or losing the progress you've made to access your school resources...
