There might be instances where your page thumbnails are not showing in the yearbook builder. This problem occurs when the file size of your page is very heavy or when your internet connection is spotty. When a thumbnail doesn't load, there's a question mark showing:
Thumbnails can take up to 10 minutes to generate in the yearbook builder. Please refresh your page after 10 minutes to see the changes to your thumbnails or simply click on it to continue editing. If the page preview still doesn’t appear, you can try any of the following:
- Refresh your page by logging out of your account then log back in.
- Make a copy or duplicate your page and refresh your web browser.
- Change the page title and save it manually by clicking on Save and Close.
If it doesn't work, there is nothing to worry about, it's only temporary. Open your page and you'll see that everything is in place and all your progress were saved.
