Fusion Website Down
In rare cases, our main site could be down or inaccessible due to maintenance or server issues. If the site is down due to maintenance, you will be informed beforehand. However, if no notice of maintenance was sent, here are some of the error messages you will get when a website is down:
- Error 404
- Error 500
If you encounter any of these when you try accessing the site, kindly contact our Support Team by submitting a request together with a screenshot of the error. You will be advised accordingly.
Fusion Website Unsafe
If you encounter a message that says the Fusion website you're trying to access is "unsafe" or its "security certificate is not trusted", kindly inform us immediately by submitting a request to our Support Team.
This simply means that the Fusion website's security certificate was not renewed on time. This does not necessarily mean that the website is fake or hacked. Once reported, our engineers will work on this and our Support Team will advise you accordingly.
Blank Login Page
The blank login page issue can be sometimes encountered when you click on the login page for your respective country. Instead of showing the login prompt boxes, the page would load blank. If this happens, here are the steps you can do in order to access the login page.
01. Check browser version
Fusion runs best on the most updated versions of web browsers and sometimes when the site detects that you are using an outdated browser, you would be prevented from logging in. Please make sure your browsers are updated. You can check your browser version and if it's updated here: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/
02. Clear browser cache
Browser cache is "a temporary storage area in the computer memory that holds the most recently downloaded Web pages." (Source) By storing cache data, web browsers reduce the time it takes to load websites especially those that are frequently visited by you.
However, sometimes, the old version of a website in the browser cache causes issues which may lead to you being unable to login. To solve this, you can clear browser cache under Settings of your respective browsers.
03. Switch browsers
If you've tried all of the previous steps and the blank login page persists, please try switching web browsers.
