Whenever you use any premium elements, a small piggy bank counter will appear on the upper left corner of your page's preview on the Create page.
If you think that the counter is not accurate, here are some things to check:
01. Canva watermark
Check the photos, elements or background used on page and if you see crisscross lines and/or a faint Canva watermark logo on it, it means that you used a premium element. Count the number of elements you see with this watermark and that should equal the number on the piggy bank counter.
02. Hidden elements
As you go along in designing your page, there would be times that you think you've deleted some premium elements but it turns out that they haven't. If you're sure that no premium elements were used on the page, it would be worthy to move your page design around to check underneath photos and backgrounds. More often than not, the premium elements are "hiding" these elements.
If you tried doing the suggested steps above and no premium elements have been found, feel free to send a request to our Support Team. They will check the pages for you and remove the unneeded premium images if necessary.
