There would be some instances where you would encounter Question Marks on your Profile Pages as well. Normally, this should not alarm you as the question marks only mean that it's taking a while to load your previews. Your Profile Pages should all be saved and intact.
Here are the steps you can do to try removing the question marks:
01. Regenerate Profile Pages
A way to refresh previews and get rid of question marks is to regenerate your Profile Pages. To regenerate your pages, click on the Pencil icon that appears on the first page of your Profiles. Then click on Review Responses.
Click on Generate Profile Pages and then on Yes generate new pages. This should regenerate the page previews of your Profile Pages and should get rid of the question marks as well.

If regeneration does not remove the question marks or if it happens on Step 3 of the Profile Page setup, kindly contact our Support Team by sending a request. The team will look into this and help you out as necessary.
